DESCRIPTION
Scotts® Turf Builder® Grass Seed Commercial Mix is an all purpose grass seed mix designed for sunny and shady areas in lawns. In addition, this commercial grass seed mix is coated to absorb 2X more water than uncoated seed and has a coarse bladed texture with medium drought resistance. Use this sun and shade seed to overseed a thin lawn or to start a new lawn. Apply in four simple steps: 1) Prep area per label directions for seeding a new lawn or overseeding, 2) Apply grass seed using a Scotts® spreader at the recommended setting on the label, 3) Rake to cover seed just below the soil surface, and 4) Water daily until seedlings reach at least 2 inches in height. One 7 lb. bag of Scotts® Turf Builder® Grass Seed Commercial Mix has a new lawn coverage of 930 sq. ft. or an overseeding coverage or 2,800 sq. ft.
